Importance of consistency

Importance of consistency can never be under estimated. As by doing the same thing again and again everyday you can not only improve you efficiency but it will also become your habit.

I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times. – Bruce Lee

So choose your daily routine and activities and make sure you follow it every day. Do it for only 10 min per day but make sure you do it without missing it. Some of the habits which can be cultivated are:

• exercise
• reading book
• daily to do list
